Last week we held our very first online peer support and expressive arts session on the theme “Sharing Loneliness.”
A small international group came together to explore how we experience and deal with loneliness, through dialogue and expressive exercises. The atmosphere was warm, and the group was deeply engaged in sharing and learning from one another.

By the end, we all left with a stronger sense of connection, new insights, and a bit more positivity around loneliness.
We are truly grateful to all participants. Together, we hope to continue breaking the stigma around speaking up, expressing our needs, and practicing active listening, to discover the untold stories that connect us all.
