Talk to someone who gets it. Trained peers, real conversations, available wherever you are.
All sessions are private, confidential, and not recorded. You are free to pause or leave at any time.
Online peer support is a private, one-on-one conversation with a trained peer — someone who has their own lived experience with mental health challenges.
These sessions are not therapy, diagnosis, or advice. They are a space to feel heard and understood, by someone who knows from personal experience what it's like to struggle.
Our peers are trained in the IPS Core Training (Intentional Peer Support) by Traustur Kjarni. They offer presence, reflection, and understanding — not treatment.
You can come with something specific on your mind, or with nothing clear at all. Both are equally welcome.
Peer support is a conversation between equals. It's built on shared human experience, mutual respect, and connection — not on assessments or solutions.
Peer support is:
Grounded in lived experience
Non-judgmental and collaborative
Focused on connection, meaning, and being heard
Peer support is not:
Therapy or psychotherapy
Medical or clinical treatment
Crisis intervention or emergency care
If you are in immediate danger or crisis, peer support is not the right starting point. Please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
